2014 SPTS Continuous Improvement Showcase Day
Jan 16, 2021In 2014, SPTS kicked off their Continuous Improvement strategy. To encourage employee involvement, teams were asked to submit ideas for improving the efficiency of manufacturing operations. Training was given and teams were helped to develop and cost their ideas and suitable ideas were implemented. The Continuous Improvement Day was an event to showcase all the projects to the rest of the company, and award prizes for the best projects. Since 2014, these employee-driven ideas have saved the company, millions of dollars each year.
